This guide will help you link your Discord user account with the account you are using to play on Hunting Season and/or Noob Resort. It is an easy process that takes just a minute and awards you with some useful perks (step 8).
1 – Make sure you are connected to the game server.
2 – Make sure you have joined our Discord server and accepted the rules.
3 – Find the bot named “Account Link Bot” in the user list to the right.
4 – Send the following message to the bot:
/dc join code
5 – The bot will respond by giving you a command line to use in the game. In this case, “/dc code 463165”.
6 – Use the command line provided in a chat window in-game and press Enter.
7 – You will get a verification notice both in the game and in the chat window with the bot on Discord.
8 – Done! Your earned ranks are now shared with your user account on Discord. This also applies to VIP. In addition you can now read the in-game Global chat live directly on Discord as well as see what events are currently happening.
Linked players has access to the Quick Sort and Sort Button plugins. These are useful for sorting out your loot. You can toggle the Sort Button on and off with /sb and change the behaviour of Quick Sort with /qs.
Additionally linked players can enjoy raid alerts* in their mobile Rust+ app. Make sure you have paired your Rust+ app to Hunting Season and/or Noob Resort. Commands bellow:
/raidalarm – Display some helpful information./raidalarm test – Send a test raid alarm notification./raidalarm status – Get the status of the raid alarm./raidalarm enable/disable – Enable/disable the raid alarm.
*must be authed on TC of the base for the alert to function. If multi TC build, auth on all is required.
